ExperTech IT is seeking a dependable and customer-focused IT Service Desk Technician to provide frontline technical support to our clients. This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who wants hands-on experience in a fast-paced MSP environment.
• Provide Tier 1 remote and onsite technical support
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
• Respond to tickets via phone, email, and RMM tools
• Support Windows, Microsoft 365, and basic networking
• Document issues, resolutions, and processes
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level technicians
• 0–2 years of IT support experience (or equivalent training)
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Experience with MSP tools (RMM, PSA)
• CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar certifications
• Exposure to Azure or cloud environments
• Basic cybersecurity awareness
• Experience with ticketing systems
• Position: Full-Time
• Location: Hybrid / Onsite as needed
• Pay: $22-$25/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday
• On-call rotation may be required
